Manage human resources to support business objective.
- Manage payroll system, salary & benefit structure for all employees.
- Lead recruitment process through excellent hiring system and partnership with talent source.
- Maintain talent retention through programs, work culture and training system.
- Build strong employee performance evaluation that support business sustainability.
- Create positive and fun working culture through programs, events which can deliver company value consistently to all employees.
- Contribute to regulerly optimizing organization structure to align with business and company direction.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resources system and procedures.
- Having strong passion in people development.
- At least 2 years of experience as Human Resource staff in Design / Tech startup company, small to medium sized teams.
- Proven track record in strong exposures in HR services such as recruitment, HR SOP, performance management, organisational development, culture and values, learning & development, compensation & benefit and employee engagement.
- Fluent in Bahasa & English, both oral and written.
